The email address and other information that you provide on the Site to request a product demonstration may be used to contact you about the demonstration and other product and service offers from Caissa. You can choose not to receive such information other product and service offers from Caissa by opting-out as set forth in the emails.
Anonymous Data. Caissa may track the Site to analyze trends, administer the Site, track your actions and use of the Site, record transactions, and gather demographic information for aggregate use. Such analysis is not linked to personally identifiable information. We use Google Analytics for tracking where visitors comes from and what they are doing on our Site. This is information helps us evaluate our marketing efforts and how visitors use our website so we can make improvements to the user experience. Note that this information is anonymous. Caissa may share aggregated demographic and usage information with its partners and advertisers. This aggregated information is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
Correction/Updating of Personal Information. If you provide personally identifiable information changes (such as an email address or zip code), Caissa will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove your personal data. This can usually be done at the Customer Profile page.
Protection of Minors. This Site is not directed at children who are under 18 years of age. It is Caissa’s policy to require that individuals requesting information on this Site be 18 years of age or older. Should we receive Personal Information from a person who we know is under 18, we will automatically delete such information from our database. The information will not be used for any purpose.
Business or Asset Transfer or Sale. Caissa may be sold, might sell or buy businesses or assets of businesses, or Caissa might merge with another business. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the event that Caissa, a line of business of Caissa, or substantially all the assets of Caissa are transferred, customer information may well be one of the transferred assets. Caissa will make reasonable effort to provide notice on the Site and to notify you via email to the most recent email address that you have provided to Caissa of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
Release of Information for Legal Reasons. Caissa may release information concerning your use of Caissa (including, but not limited to, submitted content, registration information, and network records) when it believes in good faith that such release is appropriate to comply with the law (for example, pursuant to a statutory demand, subpoena, warrant or court order), to protect against fraudulent, abusive or to protect Caissa’s rights or property, enforce any contract between you and Caissa, or if Caissa reasonably believes that a situation involving danger of death or injury to any person requires disclosure.
