SENIOR TEAM

Dave Hsu, CFA, FRM

Co-Founder, CEO

Prior to founding Caissa, Dave was a Partner at Mezzacappa Management, a fund of hedge funds, where he served as the Risk Manager and Head of Quantitative Research. Prior to Mezzacappa, Dave was a founding member of Stux Capital Management, a quantitative investment manager, where he developed the firm’s sector-rotation and stock-selection strategies, and was responsible for all trading activities. Dave started his career at Morgan Stanley’s Quantitative Strategies, where he developed portfolio trading strategies for Morgan Stanley’s largest institutional clients. Dave graduated from New York University Stern School of Business with a BS in Finance and Information Systems. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Financial Risk Manager designations. Dave is a member of the CFA Institute, the New York Society of Security Analysts and the Global Association of Risk Professionals.

Susan Veksler, CFA

Co-Founder, President

Prior to founding Caissa, Susan was a Senior Credit Analyst at Mezzacappa Management. She was responsible for capital allocation across an array of complex credit strategies and was an integral part of the firm's risk management process. Prior to Mezzacappa, Susan was an Analyst at McKinsey & Company, advising Fortune 500 companies with a particular focus on the financial services industry. Susan began her career as an Associate at Fiduciary Trust, focusing primarily on Equity Research and Portfolio Management for the firm's institutional and high net worth investors. Susan graduated from New York University Stern School of Business with a BS in Finance and Management. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Chris Nagle, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Chris has over 30 years of experience in the financial services field. Most recently, he was an Associate Director at Frank Hirth, LLC where he ran the firm’s Business Tax Group. He was previously a Vice President at Salomon Smith Barney, responsible for investment and financial advisory services for the firm’s Managing Directors. He started Salomon’s London Executive Financial Services Group. Chris is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS from Lehigh University.

Petre Lukarov

Lead Engineer

Petre leads the development team’s engineering effort at Caissa. Prior to joining Caissa, Petre was a software engineer at Telerik, where he developed highly customizable and reusable UI software components for ASP.NET, used by thousands of developers around the world. Petre graduated from American University in Bulgaria with a BA in Computer Science and Mathematics, and holds an MS in Computer Science from Columbia University.

Vincent Law

Director of Infrastructure

Vincent is the Director of Infrastructure at Caissa. Vincent has extensive experience in supporting technology infrastructure for various financial institutions, including hedge funds, investment banks, and broker dealers. His over 15 years of experience has allowed him to develop expertise in the areas of IT strategy, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Hosting Services.

Sales Account Executive, New York, NY

The Role:

We are seeking multiple proactive, client facing, Senior Account Executives to join our sales team in both our New York City and San Francisco offices. This role is responsible for educating institutional allocators on the Caissa Platform, and successfully presenting our solution in a manner that is aligned with institutional allocators’ objectives and needs. A strong network within the institutional allocator space is a plus but not a requirement. It is more important that you have the capacity to understand complex products, the drive to successfully bring on new clients, and the genuine integrity to garner respect and credibility from a highly sophisticated industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage deals across the entire sales lifecycle while forming and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including the sales, marketing, data, and development  teams.

  • Develop product’s messaging and collateral, both physical and digital
  • Collaborate closely with team members in our marketing and sales department
